Wahoo on Nobody Asked Us with Des & Kara

I am going to plug another product because Wahoo sent a treadmill to the house and it's in our garage. It's replaced our old janky one. It's a... great machine um and it sounds crazy you're like well it's hot outside how can it not be hot as hell in your garage we also got this amazing fan they sent that like you can pair it with the app and then like it will turn up as your effort goes up or as your pace goes up or as your heart rate goes up or you can just set it um and then the treadmill has this like run free mode that just like sort of adjusts the pace with you Wow. So it feels really natural to be in there and it's still hot as hell. It's still, the treadmill is still kind of suffering, but I'm not getting chewed alive by horse flies. And that to me is worth being on the treadmill. Totally. So the last couple of days have been in the garage on the treadmill, podcasts on or some music. Um, And I've been able to be consistent enough, which is good. I'm really waiting for the weather to break. I'll be excited for that.
