I brush my teeth morning and night, but there's a time in between when your teeth are just on their own. Especially after lunch or during that afternoon slump. I've been looking for simple little habits I can add to my day. And that's what caught my attention about Underbrush from Nathan & Sons. Unlike most gum that's mainly about breath or flavor, Underbrush is designed as an oral care step between brushing. It's a remineralizing chewing gum made from hydroxyapatite, the same mineral teeth are made from, along with other minerals in a natural gum base made from ingredients like mastic, spruce, acacia, and myrrh. I also really like the chew itself because it's made from natural saps instead of typical synthetic gum base. It has a more substantive texture and a satisfying chew that lasts. You can chew it for 5 to 10 minutes as part of your routine, or keep going if you enjoy the feel. What's especially cool is that Nathan & Sons makes Underbrush themselves in Northern California. It's a small founder-led company where the team is hands-on making, packing, and shipping the gum themselves. So if you want a simple daily upgrade for your teeth, check out Underbrush from Nathan & Sons.
