If you have listened to the podcast or been following me for a while, then you probably know that I've been practicing transcendental meditation since 2018. I was first turned on to it by a lot of people around me who just had that je ne sais quoi. And when I asked them what they were doing, they all said TM. So it was something that I actually learned with my ex-husband at the time. And I always say if there were a supplement that could make people feel the way meditation has made me feel, it would be sold out constantly. People would take it without thinking twice. So I have tried just about every wellness practice over the years, but meditation and TM is one that has truly stayed with me. It has become such an important part of my life because it helps me feel more grounded. It helps me feel more creative. It creates space between all of the noise in my head and my reality. It's one of those things that really makes everything else that I'm doing, sleep, nutrition, exercise, therapy, work better. And what I love is that TM doesn't require you to be good at meditating. You don't have to clear your mind or force yourself to focus. You learn the technique one-on-one from a certified TM teacher, and then it's yours for life. And if you've been feeling like your brain never really has an op switch, I genuinely can't recommend looking into TM enough. Just go to tm.org slash well, that's tm.org slash w-e-l-l to find a certified teacher near you and learn more about getting started. And while you're there, use the code well for a hundred dollars off your TM course. Again, that's tm.org slash well code well.
