So over the last couple of years, when I have been getting into shape, I am now, you know, starting over now that I've had a baby. But I started lifting weights about three-ish years ago. And I've been doing it all at home with digital weight. And so that's all I know how to use. And it's very simple to use. But we have a gym here at the office now and we use free weights and dumbbells and things that I have no idea how to use because I hadn't been to a gym in years. And so I have found the best solution for someone like me who needs the guidance. but doesn't want to get a personal trainer. It's called Ladder. If you haven't heard of it, Ladder is an expert strength training plan, not a content library. These aren't like influencer workouts or challenges. It's real progressive programming designed by certified coaches. And you get a new plan every week that builds on the last and you actually can join a specific team. I am on Team Ignite. But I've done workouts with a bunch of the different coaches now and they're all really good. And what I love so much about this app is it can sync with your Aura Ring or I think like an Apple Watch or, you know, fitness trackers, various fitness trackers. I sync it with my Aura Ring and I can start the workout through the Aura app and then go back to the ladder app and it's tracking it all in one place. And then I'm able to still play my music so I can hear the guidance from the coach telling me what moves to do and like Remind me to, you know, keep my feet flat on the ground or push into my knees a little bit more or don't lean too much. Don't, you know, overexert your back. Like things like that that I know I'm getting wrong and I'm going to potentially injure myself. But then I can still hear my own music playing through my headphones and it just kind of turns it down when they give you the coaching tips. It's such a great app. There's really something for everyone. I have done treadmill workouts as well, guided, you know, intervals and everything like that. They have just such a huge variety. And there's a real community behind it. Your team has a group chat where your coach can answer your questions. I've messaged my coach several times. She always gets back to me. I'm literally talking to my coach. It's so cool. And now Ladder includes nutrition tracking at no extra cost. And it costs less than a dollar a day. That's elite level personal training at a fraction of what you would pay in person. So remove the guesswork with ladder and get a real coach in your ear telling you exactly what to do for every workout. No thinking, everything planned for you. If you have an iPhone, head to ladder.fit slash mile higher to take a quick quiz to find your perfect ladder plan.
