GGelt
Gelt12:43-13:44
Yeah. This episode is brought to you by Gelt. If you filed an extension this April, or your CPA went radio silent after the deadline, summer is actually the easiest time to fix it. Real tax strategy takes months. The moves that matter, like PTE elections, S-corp distributions, retirement planning, cleaning up K-1s, those happen in months like July, not January. If you wait until next March, you might be leaving real money on the table. Gelt is a modern CPA firm, actual tax professionals you work with, backed by a tech platform that keeps everything organized. I've been with them for a few years for both my personal and business taxes, and what I love most is that they're proactive, catching things in May, June, July, when there is still time to do something about it. For clients joining this Q3, they'll even take over your extension and handle the filing and model your retirement contribution opportunities so you fund what's still on the table before October 15. If you want a more proactive tax strategy, let Gelt take over. As an All The Hacks listener, you can skip the wait list. Head to allthehacks.com slash Gelt, G-E-L-T. Again, that's allthehacks.com slash G-E-L-T.

TThrive Market
Thrive Market29:35-30:39
This episode is brought to you by Thrive Market. Amy and I have been Thrive Market members for a while, and at this point, it's just where a lot of our staples come from. Simple Mills crackers, Graza olive oil, Mighty Sparks meat sticks, things that show up on their own without us even thinking about it. Because Thrive vets every product against a thousand plus ingredients they don't allow, we've also found brands through them that we'd never come across otherwise. And the membership is only $5 a month, which usually pays for itself in the first order. When you factor in the delivery fees, service charges, and tips, you pay elsewhere. And if you've been thinking about trying it, right now is actually the perfect moment. Thrive's biggest sale of the summer is happening through July 19th. It's a great time to stock up the summer cart or start planning for back to school. Get 25% off select sale items. Plus, go to allthehacks.com slash thrivemarket for an extra $20 off your first three orders. But hurry, the sale ends July 19th. That's allthehacks.com slash thrivemarket.

MMasterClass
MasterClass46:26-47:39
This episode is brought to you by Masterclass. Learning something new has gotten a little weird in the AI era. If I want a quick answer, I can get one in seconds. But if I actually want to understand something and learn from the person who spent their life mastering it, that is harder to find. That's why Masterclass is one of the first places I look when I want depth, not just the answer. I've taken classes on storytelling, parenting, and negotiation. And from the latter, I'm still using the mirroring technique I learned from Chris Voss, where you just repeat back the last few words someone said. It's so simple, and it works way more often than it should. Masterclass plans start at $10 a month, billed annually. Audio mode turns a commute or workout into a class. And every membership comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Masterclass keeps adding new classes, so there's never been a better time to get in. Right now, as a listener of the show, you get at least 15% off any annual membership at masterclass.com slash allthehacks. That's 15% off at masterclass.com slash allthehacks. Green Chef29:56-31:05
This episode is brought to you by Green Chef. I've tried keto, I've tried intermittent fasting, and neither stuck. And honestly, no eating trend has made a real difference the way just having good food already in the house has. That's why we've prepared dozens of Green Chef meals over the years, the chicken with garlic spinach rice is a favorite, and we've reordered the Thai-style coconut shrimp soup multiple times. What I love most is not having to think. No deciding what to make, no wondering if we picked up a veggie as the side. Every week you choose from over 40 recipes, Mediterranean, high protein, or the new longevity line built around brain and gut health. Meals come pre-portioned with organic produce and responsibly sourced proteins, plus free unlimited one-on-one nutrition coaching. DDelete Me
Delete Me13:19-14:26
This episode is brought to you by Delete Me. One of the smartest things I did a few years ago was clean up my digital footprint, and that started with Delete Me. There are hundreds of data brokers whose job is to collect and sell your personal information, things like your home address, phone, email, and even your relatives' names. I tried removing that data myself at first, and it was a total game of whack-a-mole. After spending hours barely making a dent, I finally switched to Delete Me. Since then, Delete Me has been continuously finding and removing my personal information from those sites, and just as importantly, keeping it from quietly popping back up. I've now signed up my entire family, and it's one of those things I just don't have to think about anymore. If you're trying to figure out how to be safer and more organized this year, you've got to check out Delete Me. It's simple, it runs in the background, and it actually reduces risk. This episode is brought to you by Mercury, radically different banking now available for personal accounts. I've been using Mercury Personal for our primary account for two years now, and I love it. It's fast, elegant, and designed to help you do everything you want with your money all in one place. You can send wires with no fees, set up sub accounts for your goals and projects, put your money to work with high yield savings, and set automations to move money between accounts so everything is funded without you having to think about it. You can also spin up cards with custom limits for an assistant or nanny, grant read-only access to your accountant, and manage shared finances with joint accounts built for clarity and control. All of this for one all-inclusive subscription of $240 a year. Visit mercury.com slash personal to learn more. Again, that's mercury.com slash personal. PPointsPath
PointsPath40:25-41:28
One is any awards search tool, but the one that I think has really helped me for all my domestic travel is PointsPath. And points path is a browser extension that you can run that shows up and overlays on top of Google flights, all of your flight prices in points and looking at multiple ways to book it. So it might look at Alaska and American to see which is cheaper. And it'll compare it right there, right in front of your Google flights results and give you the best price. And if you're a pro member, you can search out further. You can also set alerts. So once you click that, I can say, hey, alert me if this price goes down. And the alerts have been so valuable. In fact, it's how I ended up getting the flight that I wanted to Cabo for a much better deal than it originally was. And so if you're interested, I talked to Julian, who's the founder of PointsPath, and if you use all the hacks 15, you can get 15% off a pro plan on PointsPath. It's a great tool, and it's the tool I'm primarily using when I'm booking travel domestically, and I'm not planning a big trip where I'm gonna spend tons and tons of points.

Autopilot41:55-42:44
And then if you're paying with cash, there's an app called Autopilot. And I used to work with Sam, who's the founder. So I emailed him and was like, what can we do? And if you go to allthehacks.com slash autopilot, you can sign up for Autopilot. What they do is they monitor all the cash bookings you make. And if the fare drops, they will automatically go and exchange that flight for a lower priced flight. So if you book a flight on United and it's 400 bucks and now the flight's $300, they will go in and rebook that flight on United for $100 savings and get you back that $100. And so the way they make money is that they charge a 25% fee on that savings. So if they save you $100, they're going to charge you $25. Now, if you sign up at allthehacks.com slash autopilot, you will get your first $100 savings free. So if they save you that $100, they're not going to charge you 25%.

And I kept coming back to Copilot Money. For me, it's just the best one out there. Copilot Money connects all of your accounts and gives you a clear picture of where your money's going, spending by category, cash flow, subscriptions, all in one place with beautiful design and the best AI-powered categorization I've seen. Honestly, having that picture has led to some real conversations with my wife, Amy, about how we actually wanna spend our money, and those decisions wouldn't have been possible without a really clear understanding of where our money's going, and I get that from Copilot Money. Gelt31:18-32:34
This episode is brought to you by Gelt. Tax days in the past, and if you filed an extension, there's still a window most people don't realize they have to bring in a great CPA who can still make real moves that impact your 2025 return before the October deadline. That's where Gelt comes in. Gelt is a CPA firm built for business owners. Think tax strategy, not just tax filing. And new clients right now can schedule a focused 30-minute session to find out what can still impact your 2025 return, things like missed deductions, retirement contributions, entity-level decisions, and more. I've been working with GELT for a few years now for both my personal and business taxes, and having one team looking at both has made a real difference because what you do on the business side directly affects the personal side, and most people end up with two CPAs who never talk. And for new clients onboarding this quarter, they'll also go back through your past returns to find, and in many cases, recover deductions that were missed. As an All The Hacks listener, you can skip the waitlist. Head to allthehacks.com slash gelt, G-E-L-T. Again, that's allthehacks.com slash G-E-L-T.

MMercury
Mercury9:32-10:56
This episode is brought to you by Mercury, banking designed to work the way modern software does. I spend a probably unreasonable amount of time optimizing things, I've got credit card setups that squeeze points out of every category, I've rebuilt my travel booking process more times than I can count, and I test new tools constantly. But for years, my business banking was just fine. That's weird, right? Every dollar for the business runs through our bank. Payroll, operating costs, everything. And somehow I just accepted good enough. Mercury fixed that. I've used it for years, and it's the first banking product that actually feels like modern software, doing things I didn't know I wanted until I had them. Every new project I start now gets its own bank account. 30 seconds to open. Automations move money to where it's supposed to be. ACH and USD wires are free and take seconds. No phone calls, no forms, and no waiting on hold. The assumption was always that good banking meant trade-offs. Accept the friction to get the features. Mercury doesn't have that trade-off, and it's free to get started. No minimum balance. If you're running a business, you have to check it out. Visit mercury.com to learn more and apply online in minutes. That's mercury.com. Mercury is a fintech company, not an FDIC-insured bank. You know that moment when you've got 30 seconds, you're between meetings or waiting in line, and there's a message you've been meaning to send, but it just take too long to type out, so you push it off again. That's where Wispr Flow has really changed things for me. I just talk for about 20 seconds, and it shows up written out, cleaned up, and in whatever app I'm already in, on my phone or computer. two reasons this works first talking is faster than typing not just in words per minute but because typing makes me want to edit as i go and talking lets me just flow and second this isn't siri or your phone's built-in dictation Wispr Flow cleans up the filler words gets co-workers names rights formats lists as lists code as code i can ramble and it gives me clean text one other thing i didn't expect my ai prompts are getting noticeably better once i start talking because I'm including context I never would have bothered to type. Wispr Flow works anywhere you'd type, Gmail, Slack, Notion, Cursor, on Mac, Windows, and iPhone. Try it free at wisprflow.ai/allthehacks. That's wisprflow.ai/allthehacks. Link is in the description.

EElement
Element39:33-40:35
This episode is brought to you by Element. I've been drinking Element almost every day for a while now, so a new product from them always catches my attention, especially one with some interesting science behind it. Here's the idea. The caffeine in coffee gives you a fast lift, but it tends to spike and drop. The caffeine in tea behaves differently because it comes bundled with L-theanine and polyphenols, the way it naturally exists in the plant, so you get a steadier lift with less of a crash. That's the basis for Elements' new lemonade iced tea. It's built on full black tea extract, so you get smoother tea-style energy, plus the same element electrolyte formula, sodium, potassium, and magnesium, so you're actually hydrating, not just caffeinating.
