The Resilience Project on The Imperfects
The Nature of Being Alone
Transcript
Hey, Ryan and Josh. Yeah, here. Permission to advertise my own thing. Oh, what is your thing? Yes, please. The Resilience Project. Oh, cool. Oh, I mean, permission to get excited about your thing. Yeah. You know what I love? When people come up to me and go like, hey, I just want to say the Resilience Project has completely changed my kid's life. It's saved us. Thank you so much. And I just choose not to tell them that's got nothing to do with me. I did the exact same thing. Oh, thanks. Well, that makes me very happy to hear that. We have now partnered with 1,400 schools around Australia. Yeah. So I think for a lot of people, it's like, yeah, we would love to do a wellbeing program. But my first question as a principal in the school, do we know it's going to work? And Monash University found that after six years of doing the Resilience Project, the chance of a child developing an anxiety disorder has decreased by 34% and the chance of developing depressive symptoms decreased by 47%. It's so incredible. Not surprising, but amazing to have the numbers. So if you want to see how the Resilience Project School's wellbeing program could work for your school in 2027 please head to our website the resilienceproject.com.au and you'll find everything you need to know about our well-being program there
