Data brokers collect this information from all sorts of sources, the apps you use in your phone, the sites you visit, your internet service provider. They put it all in a dossier and then they will sell it to anybody. Anybody for nothing. A few bucks. That could be law enforcement, it could be marketers, it could be nation states, it could be hackers. That that is the chief channel of this information. If you can get that information away from data brokers, you will starve hackers of the fuel they use to build those targeted attacks. The nice thing about delete me, the important thing about delete me, it's not just a one-time thing. They constantly monitor and remove your data because you know what, these data brokers are slimy little cockroaches. And they've all sorts of tricks. They'll they'll, you know, yes, they have to by law have a way to remove your data.
